It's easy for you and your team to log time with Mousetrap. You can input your time directly online or you can use the timer. Alternatively why not use the Mousetrap desktop widget?

We all know that just because you have logged 30% of the budgeted hours for a project that does not necessarily mean that the project is 30% complete.

Mousetrap uses feedback from your project team to identify potential overruns and delays and to warn you early enough that you can investigate and take remedial action. Most other systems lull you into thinking everything is OK right up until the point where you go over your budget or you miss a delivery date.

    Basecamp is a massively popular project collaboration web application used by millions of organisations all over the world.

    If you use Basecamp you can easily create a new Mousetrap project by selecting and importing one of your Basecamp projects.

  • Freshbooks Integration

    Freshbooks is the best online invoicing system on the planet (in our view). If you also use Freshbooks to create estimates for your customers you can create Mousetrap projects from any accepted Freshbooks Estimate.

    Time logged in Mousetrap for billable projects can be 'pushed' into Freshbooks so that you
    can generate invoices.

  • Widgets and Mobile

    The Mousetrap desktop widget makes it simple to time and post your work to your Mousetrap projects. You can also use the widget to enter notes and change your forecasts, so you can keep your project right up to date without having to go to Mousetrap using your browser.

  • Email Alerts

    If you are responsible for a project or any deliverable within a project you can elect to be automatically alerted by email if an estimate is made which threatens either the budget or the target delivery date.
